Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all governorates in Egypt. If you’re located outside of Egypt, please contact us to inquire about international shipping options.

Shipping Times

  • Standard Orders: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days and delivered within 5-7 business days after processing.
  • Customized or Pre-Order Items: These may take longer due to the time required for crafting. Delivery estimates will be communicated upon order confirmation.

Please note that delays may occur during holidays or high-demand periods.

Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees vary depending on your location and the size/weight of your order.

Damaged Items in Transit

We take every precaution to ensure your items arrive safely. If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the package.
  2. Provide photos of the damaged item and the packaging.
  3. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as soon as possible.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to accept delivery, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the package.
