At Ayadi, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our handcrafted pottery. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is designed to make the process as simple as possible.

Returns

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized items, as well as items marked as "final sale," are non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
  • Process:
    1. Email us with your order number, a photo of the item, and the reason for return.
    2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for the return process.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the same process as a return and indicate that you would prefer an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and its packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and issued to your original method of payment.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
